Welcome to my weight loss blog! My name's Lesley, I'm a first year, soon to be second year, at Hampshire College and I'm currently studying Social Cognition. I've gained between 20-40 pounds in my first year at college, and I haven't been this heavy since I was 13. Honestly I am sick and tired of being the larger friend, the one who sits on the side while her friends get hit on. I used to row in high school but was pulled out because of financial reasons.
After the first semester of college I started to lose weight, but after falling into a depression I stopped and have since then gained back and added more. I've decided that enough is enough and I need to lose not only the extra weight gained, but continue on my journey. So here I am, back again, losing weight and getting in shape!
Currently running everyday and doing strength training every other day.
